Advanced user of giflayer APIIt's a good Video to Gif online software, good choice for make gifs easily , you have a free version with up to 25 gifs , and the premium are a little bit expansive if you think that at this time there are different free options with the same futures.
Well i think due to limited interest as they say in their webpage the software is not available anymore.
I dislike that for the same price or less you can have the same or better product.
No special recommendation as is very easy to use , if it's still working , try to use not very high resolution videos , and just have fun with that.
No business problems in particular, i used few times for make some gif for create some interesting effects in my web page but nothing more.
