Mobileum (previously known as WeDo Technologies) has smart people. There is a process to create defects and a support group to discuss high priority issues. There is also opportunity to influence product roadmap direction. Good accountability exists to complete projects on time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are moving to a more resilient architecture which will enable higher availability and less downtime. We are using RAID platform to understand and ascertain meaning behind terabytes of data. We have achieved cost savings from reducing manual work and automating reports. We have achieved improved accuracy and insights in reports so that we can consider novel use cases.
