Amber Road was always very good and comprehensive with customs forms, laws, and compliance, but their user interface definitely needed some work. Now with E2open working on integrating the best of the best between Amber Road and E2open, the products and solutions provide an unmatched robust supply chain view from beginning to end.

What do you dislike?

Because of the acquisition of Amber Road and integrating their products, it has taken time to make everything look seamless. E2open has done a good job of combining products and solutions to provide the best features and functionality to its customers, but it has been a slow process and still needs some work to provide the best streamlined customer experience.

Take a look at E2open because they acquired Amber Road in 2019. E2open is a great supply chain platform, and Amber Road was the best at trade compliance. Now that they have combined, you can get the best of both worlds in one technology. If you are looking for a complete beginning to end supply chain platform, this really is the best on the market.
