What do you like best?

BluJay is great for getting the job done right in a timely manner! It's efficient and easy to use. With most ports built in you can easily search within and find the port you need. I like being able to add notes to my shipments and how you are able to check the status of a shipment within this program. It's a great program and user friendly!

What do you dislike?

I wish it didn't go unresponsive so much. Sometimes it will freeze up when searching back a month of files or so, which takes up a lot of time and sometimes you end up having to completely restart the program because you've waited so long. It would be great if we could search faster and not have it freeze up. Overall it's a great program though!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend others to use this program as I found it easy to use and learn! I had never used it before and caught on quick. It's very user friendly. It gets the job done and helps you do shipments fast and efficiently!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BluJay is great for checking the status of shipments you've submitted to customs. For example if a shipment goes on hold we are able to find out on BluJay and get a hold of customs to see what is going on. By being able to do so we can get the shipment released faster before storage fees add-on. It also helps us to add parts into the CAT for customers so that we are able to have those on file with tariffs. All of those help to speed up getting these shipments released in a timely matter.
