I have been working with Pudding from the beginning

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to get data from many different sources, the ability to share quickly with stakeholders within my organization as well as the customer. It is very helpful to sync data between SDFC allowing a smaller user count in the PoC management tool.

What do you dislike?

There really is not a dislike here. Their team works quickly with me to get new requests into the platform that not benefit me but all their users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using pudding allows our team to easily sync use cases, technical user cases, documents, links, and other important data with the customer. The ability to track these use cases and share that progress with the rest of the sales team through the SFDC sync save time for the Sales team without them having to access another portal.
