A new and modern approach managing POCs and much more

What do you like best?

Hub is a comprehensive presales platform - and as presales professionals, we need platforms like this to help manage the complexity of what a SE has to deliver on. The management dashboards and task templates help individuals manage daily tasks, including the management of POC/POV. Hub is also independent of a CRM system but informs a CRM to enrich that source of truth for all sales activity. I also like their integrations with common apps we use, like calendaring.

What do you dislike?

The product is growing in its capabilities, so it's good to keep abreast of further capabilities. For some organizations, I believe having an API SDK would be beneficial and something they should consider enabling.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently, there is nothing robust enough in the marketplace for presales professionals to manage and orchestrate the complexities of proofs/evaluations. My initial view into HUB was to see if there is a better tool to manage POC/POVs. Hub solves the POC/POV management problem. Another added benefit was seeing HUB's expanded ability to manage work around discovery, presentation, demos, and capturing feature gaps hampering our opportunities. That makes HUB's value proposition even more compelling as their ability to aid presales professionals is growing. After viewing this, it makes sense to include other presales tasks/responsibilities. HUB also helps minimize the data wrangling required to provide reports to my management. In short, Hub saves us time and makes us more productive.
