What do you like best?
Helped my sales team reach quarterly goals without extensive costs or implementation time. Really boosted our efficiency and allowed us to control our costs for our insides sales organization.
What do you dislike?
It requires a minimum of 3 users, which means if you have two sales people you'll just have to wait till you hire up.

The best part is that it eliminates those time-consuming and demoralizing calls to busy and unanswered lines. What helps my sales team, helps the company!
