What do you like best?

After some training, I was able to grasp most of the uses of the program, and I became more and more fluent the longer I worked. I have helpful coworkers that can remind me when I forget what I need to do or how to operate the program. Definitely requires some training though.

What do you dislike?

I've worked briefly with Viking and I found it rather complicated and old fashioned. It could use a system update to keep it on par with other software of its kind. Learning the shortcut keys was a challenge, and I still occasionally need to use a cheat sheet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work data entry and occasionally use Viking for mail sorting, logging, and other such organization matters. It definitely takes some of the stress of mail influx away, and it can be helpful when there are thousands of numbers to sort.
