CloudExtend Excel For NetSuite

What do you like best?

I've been using CloudExtend for the past 3-4 years and it is amazing. I live in Excel so being able to make updates to NetSuite without switching screens or creating a new .csv upload is so helpful and saves me an enormous amount of time. I feel more confident using CloudExtend than NetSuite's .csv uploader to update existing records and create new records. It's easier to use and more efficient. The support staff is also extremely helpful and I've worked with them throughout the years - shout out to Joseph G.!

What do you dislike?

Last I checked it's still not possible to update the base price on an Inventory Item record. Otherwise, no complaints!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I mainly use CloudExtend to update Inventory Item records. I work in e-commerce for a company with thousands of SKUs and new SKUs being added every day so there is a lot of mass updating that needs to happen. CloudExtend allows us to quickly and easily make changes, which saves us time and money.
