What do you like best?

I like that the site is easily accessible and that it is quick to solve my problem. There are times where I do not know if my computer is lagging and that is why my keyboard is working or if it because the keyboard is actually not working, since they are old.

What do you dislike?

There is not much that I dislike. I think that I would have a problem if I was checking the keys and saw that one did not go green, I would like to have possibilities for reasons why it is not working or why the key is not turning green. Options such as water damage, a loose wire, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have no recommendations at this time. I would like the software to grow and show technical difficulties to tell whether the keyboard has loose wires, water damage, etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have solved the problems of if we need to replace the keyboards and seeing what was going on with the keyboard through process of elimination. Since the keyboard connection to the computer is slow, sometimes I cannot tell if the keyboard keys are broken or if there is a lag. It saves money and stops us from spending the money to get a new keyboard.
