What do you like best?

Since I started to use Capsulink, I've never experienced any problems with my links. This link shortener allows you to take control over your links and be sure where the customer is lead when he/she clicks on that link. Such features as broken link notifications, password-protected links, and a possibility to change the target URL have made me more confident about the links I share online. I know from the experience how frustrating it can be to click on a link that leads to an error page. Now with Capsulink this is not an issue anymore.

What do you dislike?

While Capsulink free version has great analytics available, for more advanced stats you need to have a Pro or a Business plan. For these plans, you have to pay a small fee.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try out the free trial of the Pro plan. It has some great additional features and for 2 weeks you can try them out for free and see if it's something you like. Also, don't hesitate to ask any questions to their support group, they are very helpful with anything you might want to know. Finally, stay up to date, since it's a new service they are always improving and providing new features.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's useful to evaluate your social media strategies. Moreover, it's helpful if you want to create personalized campaigns (because of the smart redirect). And, obviously, it saves space when you're writing on social media, and makes your links look more professional and trustworthy.
