Basic Social Sharing Functionality, but Zero Customer Support
What do you like best?
With ReachPod, it's easy to add multiple social media accounts to watch feeds and schedule your own postings.
What do you dislike?
It's not easy to customize feeds the way I want to see them, not to share in an easy manner. Worse, customer support is unresponsive, and I have been unable to cancel my paid membership after multiple attempts at contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would steer clear of this company until they get their support together.
