Amazing Tool to Quickly Qualify People Who are Viewing Your Content

What do you like best?

- The ability to create time based questions for people who are viewing your Ebooks/PDFs/Whitepapers and have them trigger at specific pages, that way you are giving people engaging questions that are relevant to what they are reading.

- Can see within the software if the user is actively viewing your content, what page they are on, etc, very real time!

- Integrates with HubSpot so all the data concerning what the user and read, time spent on it, and any dialogue that was exchanged, gets posted right to the contact in your HubSpot portal

What do you dislike?

- The product is still fairly new, so its hard to be critical. I hope to see the ability to include links in the chat boxes, that way you can send users to places you may want them to check out

- It would be really cool to see the HubSpot integration go further, for example, sending customized messages to those who are SQLs vs those who aren't subscribed. Or, possible only showing the chat window to those who are marked as a certain stage, that way you aren't bombarding specific people with messages they probably aren't interested in.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a number of resources that accumulate a very significant amount of traffic and we hope to use Sharebird as a way to see who these people are that are coming to the books, how qualified they are, and try to start a conversation with the more qualified visitors early on in the hopes of nurturing them down the sales funnel. This also opens up a nice window to any feedback from viewers or questions they have so we can better deliver on the information we curate to our audience.
