What do you like best?

What I liked best about Smart Mailer is how easy it is to use. I also liked the the layout of their website they have live right now. Pricing is very decent as well, and the program helped me stay organized with my mailings. Also, the 24/7 support is amazing. I love that you can pay annually or monthly as well.

What do you dislike?

I do not have any dislikes at this moment. I used it for a short amount of time only.

MY recommendations for others would be to use it if you love organization and ease of use!

The business problems we were solving would have been organization of our mailings we did also, ease of use and time.
