Neo-mapper has great tools that are necessary for drawing and also helps calculate areas of shapes, lengths and collect data and information from various resources on features.
Neo-mapper is undoubtedly not as sophisticated, powerful or advanced as the google earth pro counterpart. While it has great potential it lacks so many features necessary for geospatial analysis.
It also always depends on a speedy and consistent internet connection for it to function without which it does not function properly.
