What do you like best?

Prodege is perhaps one of my favorite sample sources for any project I've worked on--specifically because of the fantastic team they have. I've brought hard-to-reach audiences to Prodege and they've worked diligently to provide the sample I needed. I've had very few issues with respondent quality, which seems to be one of my primary issues with other sample providers. Additionally, whenever I've needed to adhere to a strict sampling plan, the account reps/managers at Prodege executed perfectly.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, I haven't had any issues with Prodege. In fact, I've recommended them as a panel supplier to my colleagues and others in my network.

However, with any panel, there are limitations--in my current role, we need very targeted respondents. Prodege was the first supplier that I reached out to for a feasibility check. I knew going into it that it would be a tough recruit. As expected, Prodege was honest that they would not be able to completely fill our needed sample size, but they did offer to bring on panel partners to get us as close as possible!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely scope a project with their team--providing as many details as possible about your audience will certainly provide accuracy. Stay in close communication with your rep while the project fields, they truly will do whatever they can to help you and your project.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They provided quick, cost-effective, and quality sample for my market research studies. In my current role, we rarely use panels for our sample, but Prodege was the first supplier that I reached out to when we needed to turn to a panel.
