What do you like best?

It loads documents very quickly and the fact that it has customised templates for letters/correspondence for the user so that they can just bring it up and fill in any blanks is amazing. It saves our real estate department hours and hours each day.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes (not all that often) the templates for the customised letters do not load properly and you will have to manually fix certain parts of the letter, but not often like I said.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take your time, when I used to do real estate before estates, it took me a long time to learn to use this. But once I knew what to do, it made my life a lot easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time is saved on so many levels. Generating forms without having to type them is unbelievably handy and it also , for the most part, can save you from making errors because typing the same form over and over would probably result in at least some typos on occasion.
