Forms made easier....at a cost
What do you like best?
The simplicity of the software. Very easy to navigate and they're always up to date. They do save you time as a chunk of the details on each form are pre populated as you can enter your business details in the software for the forms to pull these through each time.
What do you dislike?
I think it's slightly pricey for what you get - It's very basic software in reality. I also don't like that you have to manually update the forms by "checking for updates" style. This should be automatic in my opinion as the "Administrator" doesn't log in to the software as much as the users in our firm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advise would be to look around as this is not the only software out there doing what it does but it is also independent so could be cheaper than an "all in one" software that will try and push other things on to your business such as a case management system.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Improves time spent filling in forms so quicker admin means more time can be spent doing fee earning work. The firms we use in our organisation are relatively easy however they can take time to fill in. What this does is it fills in details that are the same every time that you would otherwise have to fill in each time you done a new form so takes away some of the tediousness of it.
