What do you like best?

How easy it is to check on your RI Utilization to make sure you're using it to it's full potential

What do you dislike?

If you have a new RI, it may say you aren't using it at 100% if the report you're looking at starts before the instance was created.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you plan on using AWS infrastructure for a long time, go ahead and request a RI with no upfront commitment and it'll save a lot of money.
