What do you like best?
One software and development platform for three different devices. (and more if counting previous generation).
Diversity of connectivity solution (Cellular, WiFi, mesh, Bluetooth)
What do you dislike?
Stability of network connection is still rough on the edges giving it's a new product.

Keep working on reliability and network stability, especially for Mesh network.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Environment monitoring and asset tracking. 2 different applications with different needs, but same dev environment. which is a big time saver.
