Advanced user of CleoCLEO AI is not very user-friendly, as the interface is very difficult to learn and use. Almost everything has to be asked of the virtual assistant, where a strict menu system would be much more useful.
CLEO AI was very misleading about its fee structure. In my case, I was asked to pay the $5.99 monthly fee in order to receive the advance, and once the fee was paid, there was a process that had to be completed.
After paying the fee and completing the process, I was told that I didn't qualify for the advance but that I could still utilize CLEO's other features.
This was not very straightforward, because had I known that I would not be able to receive the advance, I wouldn't have wasted my $5.99 that I paid for the monthly fee.
I would not recommend CLEO to anyone.
