What do you like best?

Buxfer has been my money management tool for the past few years. It is easy to use and customize. It allows for creating several banks and cash accounts. Easy transactions, transfers, tracking your spending and loans. This tool helps to forecast how bad and how good you are doing financially.

It is available cloud based and as an app on the phone. The phone app helps you capture on the go all transactions.

What do you dislike?

all tags for transactions have to be created manually. It would have been much easier if some of these tags are ready for selection covering multiple common types transactions such as gasoline, utilities, rent..

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The platform offers a demo account. You can sign in using your google or facebook account and test the functionality with a limited number of bank accounts. The free demo has no time limit.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool gives me an integrated overview of my financial status by showing the final net worth after considering all credit cards, bank accounts, and cash.

The platform helped me better manage my money, understand where i spend most of my money and consider and plan for upcoming payments.
