festiVOL is an event fan labor management program – turning fans into workers and workers into fans. The program is based on the ‘get involved’ community, and through ratings and shared shift completion data, fan participants are able to gain clout while events benefit from the shared knowledge of trustworthiness, work ethic, and earned skills. The program is customizable, and automates processes to create a well managed team of motivated fan workers and volunteers.
