Advanced user of 28Hands Mail ManagerMail Manager files emails anywhere you wish. This can be in multiple locations and also left in your inbox for flagging up later. The search function is brilliant that you can find various emails from different users on different projects.
That when you undertake a search, it does not also appear in the main inbox.
I would recommend Mail Manager, because once you get the hang of it, it definitely saves time.
Using Mail Manager definitely saves time. When having to search for things on projects weeks/months later, it is much easier to use mail manager rather than trawling through emails.
