Can't imagine going back to pre-FlatFile days!
What do you like best?
The pleasant interface that brings together all the important functionalities we need so effortlessly. We've been using FaltFile since late 2019, and the customer service has been very responsive. The team is very proactive in creating more advanced features and improving the system for sophisticated scenarios.
What do you dislike?
v1.0 had some limitations when it came to dynamic mapping, which has been addressed now.

I'd take advantage of talking to the founders. You can expect high-quality personalized demo and support from them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Prior to FaltFile, we had to dedicate one of our Excel Wizards to our weekly imports to make sure everything gets done right. That processing time has gone down by probably 80%, and we're planning on opening the import feature to our users and make it 100% autonomous.
