What do you like best?

The templates were very straightforward, and easy to implement. Their customer support helped me out even beyond the scope of what was expected.

What do you dislike?

A little hard to customize if you're not familiar with the coding language of FreshDesk.

Great Themes for your FreshDesk support portals! I would have a basic understanding of FreshDesk's language, and a general knowledge of HTML5/CSS before beginning to customize.
