Advanced user of Agent.aiBest thing was the scalability of this amazing product which makes it very convenient to use without compromising with the efficiency and time taken. There is nothing to dislike about agent.ai. But I do have few points for the future developers who should take care of this in the future updates. First is that the user interface is pretty complicated. It is hard to get acquired using this software. Secondly, If it had a communication feature more effective, this app would be perfect.
I would solve the need to hire customer representatives and replace them with customers made self learning chatbots provided by agent.ai which costs around 70 percent less
