What do you like best?

Based on geo locations / demographic locations you can get interactive meaningful reports. Which can be helpful in business competition, building marketing strategies, can be used in finance, also you can identify if you are a product based company that how much your product is consumed by consumers in different areas.

What do you dislike?

Not very eye appealing and its price is bit high as per the features available in this platform.

For quick demographic reports instead of going with high end configuration tools you should try this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Esri reports I created demographic reports for food delivery unit while working with Upwork an online part time job portal, they were having issues like they were not able to summarize in which location they need to focus more because they were having raw data but not right tool to give them an insight, so by using this tool i solved their issues.
