What do you like best?

Automated SMS reminders for appointments, linking patients families, checking the status for patient orders, more modern.

What do you dislike?

Not able to see when appointments were booked, slow start time, unable to look up deceased patients if needed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There are no problems in particular that I am solving directly with Acuitas Enterprise.
