Advanced user of ArqIts implementation was extremely easy and simple, the ease of use for our users was impressive. We liked the ability to display the data stored on a laptop, and lets see if they were deleted or if they lost some secret information that our customers do not know can easily be restored.
What I did not like about Arq is, that it synchronizes only when it is connected to a corporate VPN or one of our company, its interface is a bit confusing, in our clients' sites its broadband is limited, the backup of images may take even several days to load.
I recommend Arq, because it is easy to use and works discreetly, it has a large capacity for either a computer or a mobile device. The improvements implemented have made us go directly to the cloud I had never seen a product like this, it has a method of understanding is very efficient.
It allows us to have a better visibility on what and how often our team was supporting. It is extremely good, because it guarantees that our clients have a backup copy of their information stored on their computer. We no longer have to worry about implementing synchronization services so that our customers can access data stored outside the network.
