What do you like best?

Installation was easy. It was a quick download and setup. Straight forward to select what you want to back up. They also offer use of a portable drive if the initial backup is too big to do online.

What do you dislike?

Ever since I set it up I get an error almost daily that some files can't back up. I tried to contact support but it was a convoluted process in which they needed settings changed and transfer of files. Even after that it still wasn't fixed. I just use it with it generating an error daily. I was required to prepay a year so I'm stuck with it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a fairly inexpensive way to have an automatic online backup. It runs in the background and does it's thing without the need for interaction.
