An excellent tool for the electronic design, and creating schematics and electronic prints

What do you like best?

- It is a very reliable and user-friendly software for designing printed circuit board (PCBs), testing the designed electronic circuits.

- Includes a wide variety of micro controllers in its library, and also it has the option of adding more circuits to its library.

- It includes a 3D viewer, which is an excellent feature in designing boards.

- PCBs up to 16 layers can be designed by this tool.

- The tool outputs can be transferred to other software such as Soliworks, Autodesk for further design and mounting the board.

- A lot of NXP, Texas Instruments, Atmel and PIC microchips are included in the tool's library.

- Proteus is free for trial.

What do you dislike?

- For permanent use of this tool, the software needs to be purchased.

- The software does not include all the hardware or libraries, or electronic devices.

- The software can not simulate the hardware problems like breaking of a wire in between, loose contacts, or physical faults in the circuit.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I definitely recommend Proteus software to the electronics board designers, electronics engineers, for ding circuit simulations, design, and schematics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I mainly used Proteus designer for printed circuit board (PCB) design, circuits simulations and testing through the schematics. It performed really well for my purposes.
