What do you like best?

Bluenote allows for easy communication in the healthcare setting. The software provides a very reliable program that is easy to use for all members of the healthcare team.

What do you dislike?

The only thing negative I can say is, every once in a while the program will freeze and a system restart will be necessary in order to reboot the system. I would suspect that this issue will be addressed in a future system update.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bluenote has fixed a lot of communication errors in the workplace. When there is an easy and reliable system in place, a lot of errors are prevented. The software is definitely worth the price and you will be happy with your investment in this program.
