Advanced user of Apartments.comI like that it has a vast selection of apartments. I can search in any region or any neighborhood in the country and get numerous options for apartments. You can filter down to what you are specifically looking for and it is accurate. The interface is easy to use and navigate and I have never had a problem finding what I am looking for.
Sometimes the pictures for the apartments are minimal. There should be a minimal requirement for what photos are required for each apartment such as bathroom, kitchen, bedroom etc. Sometimes I will only see a photo of the outside of the building and that's it. It looks like apartments.com does a good job in marking which listings are spam but the pictures I have run into a few times.
Looking for my next apartment. I want to live in a different apartment and apartments.com is always the first option. I am able to see where rents are in different markets in real time, especially in my neighborhood. I can look for the next best deal.
