Advanced user of KUBEIt is very user friendly. You have the ability to book, change, and cancel appointments with ease. Their customer support team is the best!! They answer you within minutes and there is nothing that they cant assist you with.
I have come across a few problems at the end of the month when it comes to checking invoices. There have been a few times that members have been double charged or some other kind of mistake as popped up. Also would be nice if there was an app.
It has made it easier on me to re-arrange schedules without coming into any conflict. Creating member profiles and adding information has been beneficial not only to myself to become familiar with them, but also to other workers. The directory works great as a referral system.
