What do you like best?

ShiftHound gives me the ability to pick up and offer shifts on my own, which gives me more control over my schedule and work/life balance.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the app is glitchy and I see a different screen appear when I open the app. It often takes a minute or so for it to reload.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Replaces staffing coordinator position in many cases! We are SO glad we have shifthound.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Shifthound helps ensure us smart staffing. We are able to maintain safe staffing ratios and also allow our staff to input their specific scheduling needs. This is very helpful as we have many college students on staff who need different dates and times off for their academinc programs.
