What do you like best?

We have been using this program for many years and what makes them above all else for us is their dependability. They are not EPIC--and that's a good thing. They have the time and dedication to listen to their customers because they are available.

What do you dislike?

If there is something that doesn't work for us we are able to talk to the company about changing it. They are always available and will listen to the requests that we make.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make the jump- it will be worth it!

ResiDex is our only form of charting and communicating with our staff. We use it all day, every day to enrich, maintain and enhance the lives of our residents.
