A very powerful NLP and text mining tool

What do you like best?

The main benefit of Quid and why we chose it above other providers was because its NLP algorithm truly goes after content and not just keywords so even if you upload long texts and reviews, it can quite precisely summarize the main message. Other points are:

- visualization networks are easy to understand, well structured, and visually pleasing

- filtering based on a variety of metrics, including mentions, company name, location, date, etc.

- many automated processes to make your analysis quick

- offers a bright variety of sources that are unique

What do you dislike?

- export function could be more versatile

- for very long and complex text, the algorithm struggles a bit to assign the true content but they are consistently improving their algorithm

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Quid for social media screening (Twitter, TripAdvisor reviews, etc) to measure customer satisfaction. Besides, we also use the tool to evaluate customer sentiment and use this as input to forecast demand.
