Very powerful reporting, easy to use

What do you like best?

Easy to generate complex and powerful reports; clean interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use; was able to pick up and run with this software with limited training or support, with very few issues.

What do you dislike?

Options to simplify report views might be nice. Faster/more responsive interface would make time consuming tasks less tedious.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Massive customer database with multiple marketing channels feeding data into the system. AimBase makes all of that usable for us at the dealer level, without any outstanding issues. We're able to use it to greatly improve our marketing efforts.
