Advanced user of OutsmartI love using outsmart for the user friendly design and the way they sort everything to have a better view of your analytics and your competition. It is exactly what I was looking for to figure out what to improve on my client's social accounts and being able to show them how well are we performing. The reports and options available to track and measure each aspect of social factors for each post and account we manage is just what makes this software so great.
