Easy to set up, great for reporting
What do you like best?
You can bring multiple integrations into the reporting so when you need to send a weekly or a monthly summary, you can include multiple pieces like Facebook, Instagram, Analytics, Mailchimp, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
What do you dislike?
The reporting is a little clumsy. For example, make sure your logo is EXACT otherwise it'll stretch or squash. Also, it isn't easy to customize and some things don't transfer well from the 'screen' to the reporting. For ease, I grab a screen shot of the analytics because it is easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have a reporting program, this is nice. Also, this is a great 'quick pull' for analytics summary if you need to have something fast for customers or clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have a few clients that don't take 'deep dives' and just want to see monthly where they are at. This is easy...just hit report and go. I like it because it breaks down the analytics into 'user friendly/layman' terms.
