Gamechanger and differentiator

What do you like best?

We have been able to completely transform our analytics processes and create standardizations and consistencies where we would have never been able to otherwise. Having the ability to automate all of our digital reporting and solve internal challenges like pacing has been a gamechanger for us, as the teams can now spend more time actually generating insights and making optimizations that are meaningful. It has allowed us to offer analytics services to our clients that have been a differentiator for us.

What do you dislike?

I haven't run into any downsides with ChannelMix at this time. We were able to automate over 600 dashboard views in 1/2 the amount of time originally anticipated due to increased efficiencies.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't be afraid to take the leap! It has been the best decision my organization has made to partner with ChannelMix. They have dedicated support that tackles issues and requests quickly, and the product is above any other that I have used in the past. They're a leader in the space and they serve as an extension of your internal analytics/BI team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solved problems around internal efficiencies by partnering with ChannelMix to handle the aggregation for us. It allowed for us to have automated refreshes of our data and to roll out dashboards that would not have been sustainable otherwise. Additionally, we now are less concerned with data integrity since we have removed the human component of aggregation across platforms.

The benefits are shown in revenue, with over 200% increase in revenue the first year for analytics alone, and in time spent, with the teams now shifting to spend 85% of time on insights and optimizations vs. manual aggregation.
