What do you like best?
Really good price for what you're getting. Additionally, while not the world's fasted hosting, it's decent.
What do you dislike?
Biggest complaints are...
1.) Issues with periodic server connection closed errors from their WPX Cloud service when updating posts. This is something that I've seen discussed (and experienced myself) in a couple forums and nobody really has a answer for. It's not by any means a constant issue but it definitely recurs.
2.) Despite all the raves about their support, I've been disappointed by them on numerous occasions. Yea they respond quickly but when the response doesn't actually help or resolve issues, who cares how fast it is? Additionally, it seems as if support is pretty limited on the weekends. In the digital age, websites are 24/7, so not having access to full support for 2 days a week is a bit of a crap shoot since you never know when a problem may occur.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Realize that you get what you pay for. Looking for a value host? It's a good option. Expecting premium hosting? You'll likely be disappointed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None. It hasn't been a particularly great hosting experience, but it hasn't been awful either.
