Great, functional software

What do you like best?

I really enjoyed the functionality of Rackspace. Provided a great, consistent server for our company's web presence. The technical support is far above industry standards.

What do you dislike?

Seems like they have blamed other customers for being hacked when in reality, they should own the issue. I personally haven't experienced this problem though.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Providing a host for our continually growing web presence and software initiatives.
