What do you like best?
My account manager's personal touch and the the product support at UltraDNS is great.
What do you dislike?
When we first engaged, we did have some bandwith (DDoS) issues (8+ years ago), but Neustar's team upgraded their pipeline and it hasn't been an issue again.

Take advantage of Neustar's support resource and your account team, they are there to help you get the most out of their products.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We solved automated site failover for our hosted production environments between multiple physical locations using Sitebacker and Directional DNS records. They also helped us with canary deployments using traffic controller.
