Easy to use financial tool for loan amortizations and more

What do you like best?

Easy to use and many features/applications for calculating loan payments, annuities, etc. Ability to download to MS Office applications.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really - it seems to do everything you need to do with respect to time value calculations.

Inexpensive comprehensive time value application that is easy to use and very versatile.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mostly loan amortization schedules. It makes it much easier to account in real time for principal and interest payments without waiting for a statement.
