What do you like best?

- Easy to build bots with their no-code builder.

What do you dislike?

As a technical person myself, I had no difficulty integrating this product and it has been reliable and smooth for me. However, it would be a cherry on the top to have a weekly email report.

Close your eyes and just use it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being based in India, I can't always speak with my US-based prospects for whom I provide technology consultations. The time difference was pretty significant and I could not keep up staying late on my laptop every day. I wanted an automated customer engagement tool to generate quality leads for me to chase while also save time.
