Advanced user of CuadraSTARI like the responsiveness of the Cuadra team. I think that they're working hard to incorporate features based on what users request.
I think the cost is prohibitive for a lot of smaller institutions. Also, the reference module can be a bit clunky. And another issue is that different browsers really differ in how well they work.
Cadre has allowed us to more effectively manage our collections and to put a lot of the behind the scenes things in places where they are easily accessible to our staff.
