Orion is user-friendly and insightful
What do you like best?
Ryan has the capability to departmentalize different information within the platform. Currently there are 12 different tabs with Orion which I use every day. There are different functions that alarm specific data to be accessed and processes to be completed quickly.
What do you dislike?
Aesthetically the platform could be more pleasing to the eye and there are opportunities to incorporate other resources. For example, I have another system which houses all procedure documents and it would be beneficial to have Orion show correlating links to the aforementioned documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a wonderful product if you want to be able to work multiple tasks for different accounts within your organization.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently, I am solving problems regarding customer accounts and using this information in an analytical way to prevent future risk to the organization. There have been many benefits including opportunities to update disclosures in a way that helps our agents do their job better.
