Advanced user of CaseDirectorProI like the format of this program. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy for anyone to keep organized. The fact that this software can be customizable to a firm's needs is also extremely helpful when working in a large law firm setting.
I am not a fan of the pop up windows. I like things to be very clean. While I am able to keep organized, while working on multiple things at once this system can tend to be very confusing.
This has been helpful when bringing on new attorneys and transferring their cases and clients over to our firm software.
